The problem
The estimate is a spreadsheet export, the agreement is a DocuSign subscription you pay for twice a year, and the invoice is a Word template from 2019. Three documents, three tools, zero connection to the job.

An estimate, a proposal and an invoice are three documents with three jobs, and each counts in its own series. Open one and you are editing the real thing: the client's details fill from their contacts, line items total as you type, and tax is set line by line.

A proposal the client signs from a link.
Send a proposal and the client opens it without an account, reads the scope and any files you attached, and signs by typing or drawing. The signature is recorded with their name, email, time and IP, the document freezes so it cannot be changed afterwards, and your studio is notified.
No login for the client
A private link opens the proposal on any device.
Typed or drawn
Either is a valid electronic signature for a proposal.
An audit trail
Signer name, email, time and IP are kept with the signature.
Frozen once signed
A signed proposal cannot be edited or re-sent.

If an estimate or invoice already exists as a PDF from another tool, drop it in and it comes back as an editable draft: lines, bill-to, dates, discount, notes and terms filled in. It keeps its printed number, and nothing is sent until you send it.
